You can come to the office on Euclid Avenue, call, write, or email
the full name and approximate date of death, and we will look
up the location for you and include a map showing where the burial
site is located.

IS LAKE VIEW OPEN?
The grounds are open every day of the year from 7:30 AM until
5:30 PM
The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and
Saturdays 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM.
